Direct Express lived up to all that it promised. A price quote was given to me immediately upon my giving them my required geographic locations. Then I was able to concentrate on how the process of picking up my car and delivering it to me went. Heather, at Direct Express, was very pleasant to talk to as well as knowledgable and her manner actually encouraged me to ask questions that I might have hesitated to ask. The dispatcher at JamGill (the carrier) gave me an up date of where my car was whenever I phoned. I was even given the name and phone number of the driver of the carrier and encouraged to phone him if I wanted to make any reasonable changes for delivery or just to hear if any problems occured on the highway that might hold up my delivery. I availed myself of all of these contacts as I am "foolishly" attached to this old car . My only concern was when it was delivered and I saw how dirty it was even though it was at the top of the carrier. But, it cleaned up beautifully and still runs like a charm and none the worse for its long journey through all kinds of nasty northern winter weather.
