This was the first time I've ever shipped a vehicle. I have to say I was a little apprehensive after reading the "horror" stories in the auto transport reviews. I choose Direct Express Auto because they have a 5 star rating and was recommended by the auto seller. Direct Express Auto is a top notch company with pleasant, knowledgeable customer service reps. The transport driver was excellent....he was very accommodating and friendly. He picked up my classic VW in Winter Haven, Florida on 3-31-10 and delivered it to me in DeSoto, Texas on 4-2-10. After the first phone call from him, I was completely at ease. I am very satisfied and highly reccommend Direct Express Auto and their carrier, Ac Auto Transport. Great job, folks!
