Found this company with a online search, and looked for reviews. After getting quotes from 5 companies, decided to try it because of the cost and positive reviews. The website provided a straight forward quotation without hidden costs, for which I was skeptical at first. After getting the quote, there were no hassles with follow up calls from salesperson (unlike several other companies you get a quote from). It turned out to be a very easy online order, just like the quote. Paid a $150 deposit with the credit card. Pickup arrangement was for the next day after availability. Service is door to door, but if your residential area has narrow streets, you might have to drive to nearby location so it can be loaded into the trailer carrier. Estimated delivery day and times were given. At first, exact delivery time is hard to know (because your car is not the only one being delivered in the trailer in the same day), but you should call during the day of delivery to have a better idea. It would have been nice if there were some online tracking system (like Fedex or UPS). The delivery drivers were friendly and polite. Car was dusty, but it''s as expected with an open carrier. Paid the remaining fee in cash to the drivers. Overall good experience, better than expected.
