I checked the list of companies used by Ebay and added a couple of my own. Several of the companies had too many "hoops" to jump through to get their quote..most had additional costs for insurance and various levels of handling. Those companies made me cautious right away! By the time I got to Direct Express I was feeling that this transport was going to cost much more than I had envisioned and the whole process was much more complicated than I had hoped. The Direct Express Quote was quick and complete. It included answers to all of my questions from a reasonable(lowest) cost to details on the pick-up and delivery process. Kathy made it very easy(at one point I thought "there must be something wrong with this service..it's too easy") and followed through with a quick pick up..the driver called the seller and made arrangements for pick up and was there right on time. The next day I got a call from the driver saying he would be at my door step the next day about 1:00 PM and he was right on time. What more could you ask for: PRICE - PROMPT DELIVERY - NOT A SCRATCH
