Direct Express was easy to use, offered a great rate, and delivery was early and arrived w/o incident. Would use again and recommend. I called on a Tuesday and was given an estimate of a 3-7 day window for pick up. The car was actually picked up the next day and then delivered the following. The times that were given for pickup and delivery were accurate and was a smooth process.
