We hired Direct Express Auto Transport to ship our Jeep from Michigan to Northern California. They were straight-forward and did not pester us with repeated phone calls and e-mails (as so many other companies did once I sought a bid on a transport website). Ashley arranged the contract and was very knowledgeable about the process. The pick-up occurred within the window of days originally estimated. Delivery occurred one day later than the seven day maximum, but there was significant weather as the truck crossed the country, so the delay was understandable. The driver answered our phone calls and texts as we reached out to track his progress. He gave us plenty of time in advance to arrange for the delivery of the vehicle and worked with our schedule to accommodate us. There was no damage to the vehicle. We may have paid a little more than quotes from other companies, but our level of confidence in this company prompted us to hire quality over price. No complaints.
