I used DEAT to ship my car from California to Virginia. Nicole helped me quickly and easily find a driver and my car was picked up only 3 days after the initial phone call. The delivery itself was also very fast and my car arrived in Virginia in about 3 days as well. The reason behind 4 stars was coordinating the physical pickup with the driver was not very convenient. He belonged to another shipping company, not with DEAT, and gave me a 3 hour window in which he may or may not be ready, and would call me 30 mins in advance. It worked out being fine but I was surprised at such a large window of time that I had to make myself available for the pickup.

Thanks Bruce for your review. This was actually exceptional service from start to finish. A three hour delivery window with 30 minute notification is both reasonable and very good. We would be happy if every driver was this well organized.
