I picked Direct Express Auto Transport over several other shipping vendors because the rate was excellent in comparison and I was not in a rush to receive my vehicle. The person helping me place my order was very nice and helpful in explaining the process and my options. I was not expecting to have my vehicle assigned to a transport for a few days and it was assigned next day, picked up and in-transit. The vehicle showed up one day past what was on the assignment but given it was several days ahead on being assigned vehicle delivery was still way ahead of what I expected. Once it arrived, it was in the middle of a rain down pour in our area, the carrier still took the time to walk around the vehicle and point out any blemishes noted prior to shipping, handed over the keys and I was on my way. If I was going to improve anything it would be ability to track where my vehicle is so I wouldn't have to call and check it it is past the assigned estimated date. Regardless, overall very happy with the experience - order process, service and delivery alike. I plan to use this carrier in the future.
