I decided to transport my 2014 Acura ILX from California to Massachusetts. I chose Direct Express Auto Transport after talking to several of their competitors because of their overall professionalism. Their website was clear and well organized. Their telephone support person (Ashley) was knowledgeable and helpful. All of my questions were answered. Upon request, I was supplied with verification of the drivers insurance. The service worked exactly as described. I got a phone call a few days before. The driver was on time and affable for pick up and delivery. She handled my car with care before, during, and after. She was even prepared with jumper cables just in case my battery died during the week long transport. I would DEFINITELY use this service again and HIGHLY recommend them. I wish that I knew someone who used them before I selected them so that I could have felt less anxious about putting my car in their care. There was no reason for anxiety. They are pros!
