Perfect Experience with Direct Express Auto Transport. Would Highly Recommend! We just used Direct Express Auto Transport after we purchased a vehicle from an auto dealership in another state to transport it to our home in S. Florida. The entire process went very smoothly, from completing their online request form and providing a small deposit to actual delivery!
Within a couple days of submitting our request, Direct Express Auto Transport assigned a truck transport company (contracted company/driver) to pick up our vehicle from the car dealership and transport it down the US East Coast to us. We were given the driver's cell phone number, which we thought was fantastic so we could be in communication with the actual driver which would be delivering our vehicle. The cost was reasonable and the service exceeded our expectations!
After calling the driver, we confirmed with him when our vehicle would be picked up (from the dealership) and communicated with the driver for an estimated delivery time to our home. Our vehicle was in fact picked up on time (on the day promised) and delivered on the day expected...just a few days later. ;-) No issues, no major delays, and most importantly, our vehicle arrived without a scratch. :) We would definitely recommend Direct Auto Transport.
