I used this service to transport a car I bought online from Florida to KY. The car was picked up in a couple of days and I got a notification a day before as promised via email that a Carrier has been assigned. The actual delivery date was a couple of days later than initially mentioned in the email. And the process was pretty smooth. I inspected the car and signed off on the delivery. I would use this service again if I need to transport a car.
