Very easy to setup up. Edith was very friendly and helped me set up the appointment to meet my needs. They had the driver call me within the timeframe promised. The pickup and delivery came when Edith told me they would. Great broker service who used a very good delivery company. Will be using DirectExpress again when I need to ship a vehicle.
