I called Direct Express and requested transport of new pickup truck from a dealership in West Virginia to my home in Massachusetts. I was in no hurry and selected the most economical rate that would take from one to 10 days. It only took five days. I was notified of the expected day of delivery by Direct Express and the driver called me the night before delivery and also about 2 hours before arriving. It was delivered in good condition by courteous driver.
