First time shipping my vehicle and I was stressed about choosing the right shipping company. I ended up choosing Direct Express because their whole shipping process was pretty simple & straightforward. I placed my order with Sarah and she was the best. She put my mind at ease and was easily accessible if I had any questions or concerns throughout the entire process. The driver who was transporting my vehicle arrived on time for pick-up and was super friendly & professional. My vehicle was delivered a day earlier than expected and was unloaded & parked in the driveway at my house. My car was damage free & all of my luggage/personal items in my trunk were all accounted for. I wish I could request the same driver for any future vehicle shipping. I will definitely use Direct Express Auto again!
