As my first experience transporting a vehicle and I am definitely satisfied with the process. The driver and his wife as the correspondant who first called me worked with me on the location of pickup, method of payment (cash) and more. Ed actually helped me to jumpstart the car and did not tack on any extra fees. Car was transported sucessfully and I a whole 24hrs early. Having forgot to ask for a reciept after paying up front with cash, I was worried but there were no issues and Ed gave my uncle a reciept when he dropped it off.
