I have used Direct Express Auto Trnasport twice now and both experiences have been outstanding. Starting with great customer service over the phone, a friendly and knowledgeable person ges the process started and provides realistic expecations. The part that I am most satisfied with is the extremely prompt service and bargain shipping pricinig. The transport company was actually ready to pick up my vehicle before the dealer had finsihed prepping the car. One the vehicle was picked up, it arrived at exactly the time they promised if not a little early. I think one would struggle to find more efficient service at a better price. Their drivers are honest and trustworthy, fully inspecting the car prior to shipment and after delivery. i will definitely use this service again.
