I was extremely nervous about purchasing a car from far away, but the price was right and I couldn't pass it up. I did a lot of research and was pleased with the price and reviews of Direct Express Auo Transport. I called on a Monday and set up for my car to be picked up on a Friday (we had to wait on all the paperwork to go thru at the dealership for the purchase to be finalized).
As the week went on I was nervous because no one had scheduled to pick up my vehicle. I called and talked with someone at Direct Express and they told me not to worry, that most of the time they don't schedule to pick a vehicle up until the day before or the day of. Sure enough, on Thursday someone scheduled to pick the car up. They contacted me directly and told me that they would be picking my car up on Friday, that they were going to spend the night in Arizona and wait on it to be ready. I told them it was actually ready that night (the paperwork/money had gone thru), so they picked my car on up early.
4 days later it arrived in Georgia in perfect condition. The truck driver was incredibly kind and since he arrived at night, he even had me pull the vehicle underneath a semi garage so that I could inspect the vehicle from top to bottom.
Shipping a car is nerve racking, but you guys made it as easy as possible and I was very pleased with the customer service, the trucker, the cost, the time frame, and the delivery. Thanks!
