My experience with Direct Express was a very good one. I called or requested quotes over the internet from quite a few other companies (at least 10) and this was the best price with considerations of insurance and time, with door to door service. My car was picked up within 24 hours of the call to the company. The drivers (a team to get vehicles delivered faster) were very careful loading my vehicle. The truck/carrier they used to transport my vehicle was clean and in good condition. (I was at one time a school bus driver so I took the time to look at the condition of the rig) The driver was neat, knowledgable, courteous, great communication, took the time to answer my many questions. My car was delivered on time, 4 days from Michigan to Yuma, Arizona which was much better than other companies I called, some only transporting as close as California or with up to a 15 day time frame before leaving Michigan. This was door to door, 4 days, no damage, I was and am VERY pleased with this company. All employees were very nice and professional. Great Job!!!! Sincerely, Jane Dwyer
