The pick up was on time and driver was very friendly. A few concerns, after 5 days of not hearing anything, I tried to call the representative and she didn't know what was going on. I was told I would get a call that day with updates. I didn't receive a call until the 7th day asking to meet in the next 30 min to drop of the car. Could have had more time notice and more updates. But overall happy that my car got here.
