This system works well. The only issue was that the driver indicated that he would arrive at the destination 1 day earlier than what I had originally planned which would have been a problem because my mother who would be receiving the car was not scheduled to be there at that time. The driver then asked if I could pay him in full at the time of the pick up so he could drop it off without having to meet my mother. I declined that arrangement so the driver had the dispatcher call me. The dispatcher agreed with my proposal to mail him a check for the balance once my mother confirmed that the car arrives undamaged, but then later called me back to say that he could not accept a check. The bottom line is that the driver continued on his rout and dropped the car off a day later than expected and we were able to hand him cash upon receipt of car. The car arrived in satisfactory condition.
