Fantastic customer service, the women that I dealt with knew exactly what they were doing, were prompt and courteous. Fast and easy process of booking due to their knowledge. Company was extremely flexible as I had to change the pick-up date a couple of times. Always was done cheerfully and quickly.
Driver delivered vehicle promptly, but interior required cleaning.
I was apprehensive about moving my car via carrier, but Direct Express changed my mind. The cost to ship the vehicle was virtually equal to the cost to drive car back. Outstanding experience that I highly recommend.
