Transport of my 1937 Ford pickup was a surprisingly smooth and flawless experience. I arranged for pickup of my vehicle 2 or so weeks in advance. I was given guidance on when I should target a pickup date as I was planning to meet my vehicle upon arrival. My service contact was extremely helpful and worked through a last-minute delivery date issue. The driver was very professional and a genuinely nice guy. My '37 arrived at the agreed time and place in perfect shape. Honestly, I've had poor experience with shipping before but my experience with Direct Express has renewed my faith in being able to get super vehicle transporting service and results - many thanks!
