Direct Express did a very good job of finding a 2nd car delivery group to handle my car. The first company I was assigned communicated poorly and tried to show up with a 20 minute notice. I asked to be assigned a different company and within 2 days, I was. The 2nd delivery company was prompt and courteous. I had my sports car in 2 days, with no damage at all. The driver kept in contact during the 1000 mile trip and I could not be more pleased.
