Setting up the transport was easy through DirectExpress- but it was difficult at times to get ahold of the company that they outsource to. The car was picked up on the right day - but delivered too early for us to get to our destination. We had to pay the driver before transit, and have him drop it off with a friend. The driver was very responsive but it was stressful to negotiate a drop-off time with our friend/driver etc. Overall the transport worked out. The vehicle was well taken care of, and it was the least expensive transport price around. I would use the company again BUT only if I had a person on each end of the pick-up/drop off.
