Everything went smoothly. Moved Jan 1 and gave them a 10 day window to pick up car starting Dec 22. I was told generally a 7 day window would be fine but because of the holidays a few extra days would be better as I wanted to make sure the car was picked up before we flew to Chicago. Car was picked up on Dec 22 and delivered a week later. Pick up and drop off was quick and efficient. Would use them again.
