My car was transported from Frisco TX to Oakland CA, here is the Timeline: Dec 8 2014 10:20am Ordered Standard shipping which is estimate 1~7 days pick up 10:30am Car was assigned (only 10 MINUTES after order!) 10:45am Call from Walker Transportation, told the pick up time should be 4~8pm and the truck driver's name. 5:20pm Call from driver, told arrival time around 5:30pm~6pm 6:02pm Truck was right at my door (Streets around my home are narrow, not easy for a big Truck!) 6:15pm Inspection and Paper works DONE Dec 10 (2 days later) 2:40pm My car arrived fine! It was my first time doing auto transport, I was very worry about it. Thank you so much Direct Express Auto Transport, your service and price can not be beat!
