Direct Express was very easy to deal with over the phone. They had my pickup scheduled right away and the price was very reasonable for a move across the country. It took a while for my vehicle to be picked up, but I was rather far from an efficient route for the drivers. The transport itself was very fast and my car arrived in perfect condition.
