I was a bit worried having purchased the vehicale thru EBAY and needing to arrange my own transport. I reviewed Direct Express Auto Transport's site and a few other services on chose them. Customer service on the initial call was excellent and the agent was friendly and well informed. The driver picked up my car a day early and I had it two days later. The driver co-ordinated delivery with me and was friendly and helpfull with the drop off. My car was in excellent condition too. Overall it was a great choice for carrier and would recommend to others.
