There seem to under price, originally it was $950, had to add $100 once did van was picked up that day, within hours.
I called on the 31st inquiring about time and hasnt been picked up , the csr's attitude wasnt very good, kinda like oh well.
i shopped around and gained more knowledge about this process, and called back to add $100 to price. that crs was nice offered to match more $$ if van wasnt picked up that day.
within 2 hours i received an email, saying a driver has now been assigned

Now Dorin the truck driver? He was great, polite, nice guy. I called, he answered, everytime.Only called a few times for ETA and such, but he never gave me the feeling i was bothering him.
He originally said sunday or monday, he was here sunday.
he is based in Phoenix.
My review is based on people need to know how these work,
Dont believe everything your told by csr..its not as smooth or cheap as they make it sound.

I will use this company again if ever needed, now that i know more about this process, lol
