It was a rainy day and they still made it later in the night to pick up my van. it was transported to Arizona late the next day and we met up with the driver on the day we had arranged. we were in constant contact and everything went very smoothly. I wrote this review not because they offered me a $10 rebate but they did a good job for me and were very responsive. I will DEFINITELY use them again. TP
