This was the first time we have shipped a vehicle and had no idea what to expect. Direct Express Auto Transport was professional all the way. The representatives answered our questions promptly, even when called late evening with concerns. We were informed immediately, when a carrier had been assigned. The delivery driver called ahead of time to arrange pickup, was courteous and delivered the vehicle when promised. No problems were encountered at any time. We would use Direct Express Auto Transport again.
