Our outstanding positive record speaks for itself. Despite his harsh words, Kooch did not cancel his order. We cancelled it. Hard to do business with people who speak that way.
Customer Kooch of Indiana made his vehicle available the week before the 4th of July. Major holidays, i.e. Xmas - Easter - the 4th of July - often times slow things down. Other customers understand that, but evidently not Kooch, or JD, as he prefers. Hopefully JD avoids major holidays the next time he ships a vehicle.
We wish Kooch the best of luck in all his future endeavors.
