Our outstanding reputation and thousands of very satisfied customers speak for itself. We are sorry that customer Elizabeth Winters is dissatisfied with the service. This is a mea culpa, where we admit that we mistakenly priced Ms. Winters Chevy Equinox as a sedan instead of the SUV it is. We are terribly sorry about that and have corrected the error in our system. That rarely happens. We wish Elizabeth Winters lots of luck in all her future endeavors.
