This was our first experience needing to transport a vehicle across the country. Jessica to whom we spoke at Direct Express Auto Transport was knowledgeable, helpful, through in her explanation of their services and inspired confidence in the company's ability to perform the task needed. (Recently we drove through the town where the company is located and I was sorry I didn't know their exact location so I could personally meet and thank her.) The driver who delivered the car was in contact 2-3 days before the drop off day and he was courteous and exacting as to the delivery time and place. The car arrived exactly when it was expected. Yes, it did need to be washed, but any car going across the country would have needed a wash.Other than a wash everything was in perfect condition. We can definitely highly recommend this company and the service they provide. If the need arises, we'll use them again without any hesitation. I am happy to write a review because this was such a positive experience.
