Contracted with Direct Express Auto Transport to pick up my car in Florida (order 35903). Order was placed mid April, 2008. Window for pickup was April 29 to May 6th. Car was never picked up. Their office was very polite and kept saying, "We're still looking for a driver.") Left Florida on May 8th leaving car in driveway. Gave up waiting on May 15th and sent my son-in-law from MA to Florida to pick up the car! Had to rearrange my whole schedule because car was not delivered on time. Next time I will use a local carrier, not one located in a different state!
