The assigned driver and truck was even available to pick up early but we wanted it the first date listed for pick-up. He arrived and loaded, although due to other cars on the truck, it took a while to safely load and position. The driver managed to get our car on board and then we received a call within 5 days for delivery. Car was delivered to the house in the same condition it left. I've shipped a car before on the same route with another carrier, Direct Express worked much better and professionally. I would use again for sure!
