I contacted Direct Express Transport on Monday April 21 2008. The contact person was very professional, answered my questions and offered advice. We setup a pickup window Thursday thru Monday of the same week. Direct Express Transport contacted me with email as the job progressed. The driver contacted my person in Seattle Wa. and worked with him to set up a good time for the pickup. The driver contacted me a couple of times, keeping me updated on his progress. The driver a very nice, his equipment was in good shape, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would use Direct Express Transport again.
