The service and promptness of your transporter was outstanding! My vehicle''s engine was running just enough to get it onto the trailer, or so I thought. It just about completely died right before we got it loaded. The driver, Walter and his son Zack, were amazing! They worked so well together, and you could tell their work was fun for them because they were together. The three of us had a great time getting that 'ol truck up on the trailer! They were fast, knowledgeable, and super friendly. If any of Direct Express' other drivers are HALF as friendly as these guys were, I would not only use their services again, but I would recommend them to ANYONE! Thanks for your low cost and high level of customer service!
