There was a problem with the truck company itself, and I don't think Direct Express Auto Transport are responsible for it... The truck's transmission was broken, that's why my car was picked up a few days later. Otherwise the truck was assigned timely and everything went fine!
Also: the lowest price I could find! Will surely use them again for my east-west coast shipping after a month!
