My Experience with Natalie at Direct Express Auto Transport was friendly and professional. I asked many questions that were easily handled by the account team. The fees were fair and the transaction was smooth. The driver that picked up te vehicle was on time and communicated effectively to me through out the entire transaction. The vehicle was delivered in the condition that it was picked up. Not to mention that the delivery was actually delivered a day early which worked or perfect for me. I am entirely pleased with the service that Direct Express Auto Transport provided and will be happy to do business with Direct Express Auto Transport again.
