I have used this service twice now and would recommend it to anyone. Each time, the company was very proactive in communicating with me. The pickups were exactly on schedule and the deliveries were exactly on time. On both occasions, the drivers called and stayed in contact with me once they made the pickups. This allowed me to arrange my schedule to meet the deliveries at the destination. On both occasions, the deliveries were made to private residences, so someone needed to be there to receive the drop-offs. Direct Express is price-competitive, courteous, and very professional. I would highly recommend this transport company.
