Overall, it was great experience to ship my baby car from San Francisco to Houston. The person who came to pick up my car did check the outside look of my car before I signed the document. It only took 3 full days to ship my car to Houston. The only one I felt unexpected is that the email notification sent the wrong pickup date. The email information showed two days later than the driver's phone call.
