I spoke with the driver Gil Wednesday night to find out where he was since I would be flying out Thursday morning and he gave me exact timing. Also when I spoke with him Thursday morning he told me his truck was loaded down. But that he would come to me first since he had committed to a certain time, and I was expecting him, and had made preparation to be dropped off. So I really appreciated his promptness with his timing. Everything was excellent from A-Z. If I ever traveled this way again and needed to have my car shipped I would only use Direct Express and hopefully the same driver. He was professional, courteous and pleasant to enter act with. He is definitely an asset to your company. I have a cute classic convertible. I was very concerned about the transport. He was thorough in answering all of my questions (also Alise within the company. She was great in answering all of my questions before I got to Gil) and I had several. But once I met him, his expertise in his profession as he loaded my car on and locked everything in, put me at peace. Thank you for A1 service. Sapphire
