Although we were initially somewhat anxious about having a vehicle shipped because of having heard horror stories, Direct Express Auto Transport made this a very good experience. The price seemed more than fair, the customer service was excellent (they kept us informed via email every step of the way), the delivery was prompt and the driver was pleasant and very careful. All in all, an excellent company to work with and the best part is that buying an out of state vehicle does not seem like a scary experience anymore!
