Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that customer Terry Tessema is dissatisfied with the service, but he was notified in writing when he set up his order and verbally that his remote location would likely slow things down. We wish Mr. Tessema lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
