My two cars were picked up from the repair shop in CA. The cars were delivered to another repair shop in IL. on the day promised and in good condition. The transport went very smoothly and quickly. All of this over the phone because I was not able to be at the pick up point or the drop off point. The efficiency of Direct Express and the car haulers used, especially the truck drivers, was outstanding. Definitely a compny to do business with.
