My car was picked up on time, I was not present having already arrived in GA via other transportation days before. My son was the point of contact on the Dallas end and said the pickup was without problems and he was satisfied that it would arrive in good shape.
The driver was in constant contact with me about where he was in the schedule and on the day of delivery was in contact about every two hours.
When my car arrived, although a bit dusty, it was in good shape and I noted no damages or unnecessary dirt than that normally acquired in a trip of that distance.
I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to avoid a long driving trip, with other transportation available at the other end. I was in fact moving, and this allevieated concerns about a three-day drive with only a radio as company.
Everyone, from my first contact during inquiries into transporting a car to the delivery driver, Chris, was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and available. If I didn't make contact on a call, my message was received and a call back to me made within short order.
