My order number was #117676, and I would definitely use Direct Express Auto Transport again because the pickup and delivery was timely. They called to pickup my car two days after I contacted them and were timely to pick it up. It also took a really short time for them to transport my car from Illinois to Idaho, three days; I didn't expect it to arrive so quickly. Even though it was the exterior was quite dirty, probably due to the weather and since the truck type was open, nothing was damaged nor stolen. They allowed a lot of the things I needed to transport in the back of the trunk, up to 100 lbs without extra money. It did not cost much at the price of $809, no hidden fees, and was a really good deal.
