Direct Express Auto Transport worked perfectly for me. The website was easy to navigate & when I called them with a question the service rep was friendly and helpful. It took them about 10 days to assign my car to a carrier because it was being picked up from a low traffic (rural) area, but once a carrier was chosen they picked up right away. The driver from Rapture Transport was friendly, phoned me a couple of times to let me know where he was and his ETA for dropoff. When the car arrived the driver was helpful and friendly. He even insisted on giving me a discount because he was delayed and arrived at a late hour. The car was in perfect condition upon arrival.
