We set a tenative pickup date a few days prior to shipping. On pickup date, I called to confirm and car was picked up a few hours later. Car arrived 2 1/2 days later in fornt of my house in great condition, just a little road dust. I know this can't happen every time, but I could not be more pleased. Last car from Florida shipped with _ _ _ company. That trip took almost 3 weeks and I had to drive 100 miles to pick it up. Direct Express, you have my thanks and my business. I must mention Moses, the truck driver. Great guy and hard fast carrier. Thanks.
